Hey everyone! Cheesecakes are just irresistible, aren’t they? Making one at home has always been on my bucket list, and after a super tiring week, I was craving a Biscoff Cheesecake so badly. The best part? I finally found some time to get into the kitchen and show off a little bit of my cooking skills! I thought of sharing my very own Biscoff Cheesecake Recipe.

I decided to start with a dessert because, honestly, who doesn’t love sweets? After all, no meal ever feels complete without a little “meetha” at the end. So today, I’m going to show you how to make an easy and super delicious biscoff cheesecake without any hassle!

Hunting the Past

Ever wondered where cheesecake actually comes from? Surprisingly, its roots go all the way back to ancient Greece, around 776 BC. Back then, it wasn’t just a dessert—it was served as an energy-boosting dish to athletes during the very first Olympic Games! The recipe was quite simple, made with a mixture of cheese, wheat, and honey.

As time passed, cheesecake began to evolve. When the Romans conquered Greece, they added their own twist by incorporating eggs and developing crusts. This new version, known as libum, slowly spread across Europe, adapting to different cultures along the way.

Interestingly, cheesecake also held cultural significance in ancient Greece. It was often served at weddings, where brides would offer it to guests as a symbol of warmth and hospitality.

Fast forward to today, and cheesecake has transformed into the rich, creamy dessert we all love. The modern versions—especially the dense New York–style cheesecakes—inspired creations like the irresistible is biscoff cheesecake we enjoy now.

Procedure

Now comes the most exciting part—putting everything together!

Step 1:
Start by grinding 2 packets of biscoff biscuits in a mixer grinder until you get a fine powder. Transfer this into a glass container.

Step 2:
Melt 5–6 tablespoons of butter using a microwave or on the stove. Pour the melted butter into the biscuit powder and mix it well until it looks slightly moist and crumbly.

Step 3:
Using the base of a small bowl (or even a spoon), press the mixture down firmly and evenly. This forms your first layer—the base of your cheesecake. Make sure it’s nicely packed!

Now for the creamy goodness! In a mixer grinder, blend fresh cream, Milkmaid (condensed milk), and paneer cubes until you get a thick, smooth mixture. This will be your rich and delicious second layer.

Tips for Best Results

A few handy tips to make your cheesecake turn out absolutely perfect:

  • Keep the second layer thick so that it sets quickly and holds its shape better.
  • Make sure to refrigerate the cheesecake properly. Avoid disturbing the container—let it rest undisturbed for 8–9 hours.
  • If you’re a beginner, you might have a tendency to keep the second layer slightly thinner. And if it turns out too thin, don’t worry! You can place the container in the deep-freezer until it sets. Just be careful not to over-freeze it, as it may become difficult to cut and serve.
  • For the first layer, grind the biscuits into a fine, even powder to get a smooth and firm base.
  • For the third layer, adding Dairy Milk chocolate is completely optional. I personally love the chocolaty flavor, so I included it—but you can skip it if you prefer a more classic taste.
  • You can use digestive biscuits also for making a cheesecake but biscoff biscuits have a different vibe and emotion.
  • You can store the cheesecake in the refrigerator simply in a glass container. At the time of eating, scoop out a bit of cheesecake with the spoon. If you try to cut it with a knife, you might face difficulty because the matter is very soft as a result of which, it will break.

Let’s be honest—cheesecakes are more of an indulgence than a health food, as they are quite high in calories. If you’re on a strict diet, this recipe might not be the best choice. It’s something to enjoy occasionally rather than regularly.

If you’re watching your calorie intake, try to have it in moderation, even on a cheat day. Portion control can make a big difference!

For people with conditions like diabetes, it’s best to consult a healthcare professional before trying recipes like this, as they are high in sugar.

That said, for everyone else, this biscoff cheesecake is a delightful treat that can instantly lift your mood with its rich and creamy taste!
